Your PC still experiences Coil Whine during gaming despite the hardware upgrades. It’s possible the issue lies in the components themselves or their installation, so don’t rule it out entirely.
It's all about the lottery. High-end components like a 4080 Super are common now. My 4080 Gaming X TRIO also has coilwhine. Keep in mind, it's not dangerous, but it can be bothersome if it gets too loud.
