Your PC still experiences Coil Whine during gaming despite the hardware upgrades. It’s possible the issue lies in the components themselves or their installation, so don’t rule it out entirely.

It's all about the lottery. High-end components like a 4080 Super are common now. My 4080 Gaming X TRIO also has coilwhine. Keep in mind, it's not dangerous, but it can be bothersome if it gets too loud.

You often find yourself getting accustomed, but I'm still sensitive to specific sounds.

Others may think so, but I don’t. The issue really depends on the person. I recognize your point. My condition—misfit, hyperacusis, coil whine—makes it a trigger. Fortunately, my 4080 model isn’t too harsh, and my noise-canceling headphones block the sound completely.
