5900X B550 aorus corsair vengence LED 16gb 3200 D5 code with Dram light during shutdown. All systems off except M/B and PSU. After turning off the PSU switch for a while and then turning it back on, my M/B settings reset. I’ve already cleared the BIOS by removing the battery and loading the default profile.

D5 = no space for legacy option rom. See if this option is in bios and disable it. See if anything changes.

CSM assistance: Activate LAN PXE boot feature ROM settings – turn off Storage Boot control – use UEFI only – set highest priority to UEFI only.

Yes, the latest F14c release is available. When SVM is disabled, the Android emulator shows a bluescreen due to clock_watchdog_error.

It seems you've just switched to version F14c, but there was an issue before. I'll attempt to revert to F12 to see if that resolves the problem.

Identified the issue: PSU wasn't turned off, so the motherboard remained powered.
