You're thinking about purchasing the game this holiday season. What are your thoughts on buying now or waiting? We're looking at a price drop around this time, but what do you think the final price will be? Should I consider waiting until next year for a better deal? What are your opinions on the game so far?

I’d purchase it sooner or later if you’re thinking about buying through the online store. If you hold off until you begin, everyone will already have elite weapons and you’ll face a much tougher challenge than usual—though that’s not guaranteed.

On Steam prices are still low, around $20. If you purchase during Black Friday or similar events, you might find it for about $30. A physical copy could be tough to locate, but maybe around $40 during holiday sales? Just a guess.

Call of Duty releases seldom discount, maintaining high prices for extended periods. Fresh games rarely appear on sale, and Ghosts—despite poor ratings—only reached its initial discount after roughly six months, just a 10% reduction.

I'm around level 21 in Prestige 2 or something similar. It's definitely my top choice in COD so far, aside from maybe Black Ops 2. What I enjoyed most was the way I played it and the experience, not the gameplay itself. The platform on AW feels much more enjoyable compared to previous COD games.

By Call of Duty standards, it's a solid entry to the series. As a standalone title, I personally feel that it would be ripped to shreds.
