The bios flashback feature isn't responding, even when activated. Turning it on doesn't trigger the light, and connecting the USB isn't showing any power status.

It doesn't matter what you do, just paste the BIOS file onto a USB drive. Make sure it's formatted as FAT16 or FAT32, not another system type. The motherboard must receive power from the PSU, and the ATX 24-pin connector should be connected. The power supply must be turned on.
