Which BIOS versions were loaded? If you wish to attempt another step, download version 1701 from a different machine and attach it via USB. Be sure to rename the file correctly. Confirm the USB port on the back I/O panel is labeled Bios. Let me know which BIOS you selected.
I faced the same problem with my Gigabyte z270x gaming 8 motherboard. I experimented with various solutions, but the only thing that helped was deleting all RAM modules and restarting the PC without any RAM. After that, I added one RAM module at a time and restarted again. My system booted fine with one module but not with the other. I hope this might assist someone else.
