I didn't mix the RAM, I checked it.
Was there a swap or replacement?

I attempted the mix, thinking it shouldn't cause issues since only the MHz changed and it still boots fine on 2133 sticks at 3200 when set to 3200. I'm new to PC building, so my assumptions might have been off.
