- Processor: Maximus 8 ranger, Intel I7 6700k
- Graphics: GTX 1080ti, GeForce, skill ripjaws V 2x, 8GB each
- Memory: Two sets of 8GB RAM, 3200MHz each
- Previous issues: Struggled with adding extra RAM, resolved that now
- BIOS adjustment: Target frequency set to 3200MHz
- Current problem: After changing settings, still receives q code 55 even with new RAM sticks installed

I didn't mix the RAM, I checked it.
Was there a swap or replacement?

I attempted the mix, thinking it shouldn't cause issues since only the MHz changed and it still boots fine on 2133 sticks at 3200 when set to 3200. I'm new to PC building, so my assumptions might have been off.
