Your setup includes an Aorus X870E pro motherboard with a 9700X CPU and two Kingston HyperX Fury DDR5 16GB RAM sticks. You're able to boot up without problems, but occasionally during reboots or when one RAM stick fails to show up, you encounter strange behavior. Sometimes the machine doesn't POST at all, and you see no RGB lighting. In these cases, you receive a 0d on the motherboard debug code. Possible solutions might involve checking RAM connections, updating BIOS, testing other RAM sticks, or ensuring proper power delivery.

This discussion might relate to a known issue that can occur with monitoring tools such as HWinfo64. It appears Asus released a BIOS update to address it, while Gigabyte has not yet implemented the fix.

I realized Steam was blocking the PC from resetting. The same problem appeared with the AORUS X870e Pro Ice; after installing Steam, I received error code 0d and had to power off and restart. Once Steam was removed, everything functioned normally. If you don’t have Steam installed, I’d reset your whole system and reinstall apps one by one, restarting each time until the issue is identified.
