I believe someone trying to maintain a steady 200fps on a broken game won't succeed. Let alone needing that level—especially since they often struggle to hit even 60fps, let alone 140fps. Sharing Max, Min, and Average frames can help us find a better path.

It's not necessary to shoot at 200fps, particularly in that game. You might think otherwise, but as long as your frame rate stays above 120, it's okay. It's not something you should worry about. Claiming you need 200fps in COD4 is like saying you need a constant 500fps in Minecraft—it doesn't really apply.
