Nord VPN likely prevents local connections, but there should be an option to enable LAN access.

It's not the issue with NordVPN itself, but rather the connection status. Accessing the share drive only works when the VPN is active. When disconnected, it shows permission errors despite being logged in as the admin account that owns the drive.
