Hello, I received a new 2TB SSD and decided to use it as the main drive. I cloned everything from my previous 500GB drive without any issues. But when I tried booting from the new SSD, it kept crashing with a MEMORY_FAILURE error. I also booted from the old drive, but the same problems occurred. Eventually, I reset the drive, but it got stuck at around 8% for over an hour. After that, I removed one memory stick and everything worked fine. The system became stable, though I can't install a second stick now. Whenever I try to insert another stick, it crashes within a minute, no matter which slot I use. I've also swapped the RAM modules, but they only work together, not individually. It's been just three weeks since I built this PC, and everything was functioning perfectly until then. I have MCR enabled but disabled EXPO for now. Any advice would be appreciated. I'm considering reinstalling Windows to check if that's the issue. Here’s a list of parts: [PCPartPicker link] CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X 4.5 GHz 8-Core ($398.98 @ Amazon Canada) CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE WHITE ARGB 66.17 CFM ($66.17) Motherboard: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI ATX AM5 ($269.99 @ Amazon Canada) Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 ($157.96 @ Newegg Canada) Storage: Western Digital Blue SN550 500 GB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME ($86.11 @ Amazon Canada) Storage: Crucial P5 Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 ($219.99 @ Amazon Canada) Video Card: Sapphire PURE Radeon RX 7800 XT 16 GB ($748.97 @ Newegg Canada) Case: Phanteks Eclipse P400A Digital ATX Mid Tower ($179.98 @ Newegg Canada) Power Supply: Corsair RM850x (2021) 850W, Gold Certified, Modular ($149.99 @ Amazon Canada) Case Fan: Thermalright TL-C12C-S 66.17 CFM, 3-pack ($46.55 @ Amazon Canada)

Likely the file is damaged due to cloning. If it functions, save the necessary data and install a fresh Windows version on the 2 TB storage.

The issue isn't related to cloning or Windows; your system appears unstable possibly due to faulty RAM, a bad port, or a misaligned CPU. I wouldn't rely on a cloned version until the hardware is fixed. Re-cloning after stabilization is advised.
