I'm using a Ryzen 1700 on a GIGABYTE AB350M GAMING-3 mainboard. I overclocked the CPU to 3800mhz and it works fine in the system tab. However, CPU-Z shows the CPU as 1536mhz. What should I do? Normally, my PC doesn't print the BIOS logo during boot. [video link] This only works by disconnecting the PC from power for a few minutes, but it doesn't help after rebooting. Sometimes it appears "No Signal" but then gets a signal and boots normally.

Don't worry about CU-Z, it often misinterprets results with Ryzen. For accurate information, refer to HW Info.
