Hello, your recent build is looking okay but not quite meeting expectations. The Hogwarts Legacy install at 4K Ultra resolution was aiming for about 60fps, but you're seeing only 28-30fps. I've attached the AMD relay hardware stats for reference. It seems the clock speeds aren't translating well despite the fans spinning and thermal readings normal. Could be a bottleneck elsewhere or an issue with the cooling setup?
Attempting to solve the issue by bumping and sending $10 through PayPal to anyone who helps.
Have all updates applied? Are you still using Windows 10? Would you like me to perform a stress test on the CPU and GPU, along with checking the clock speeds and temperatures? Not for cost.
I typically rely on Cinebench r23 for the CPU and Furmark for the GPU, as both are available at no cost.
