CPU runs at just 1% load with a clock speed of 4450MHz when idle. It seems the temperature might be elevated, though I’m not certain. This configuration for an AMD Ryzen 7 4700G is typical.
Usually you wouldn't notice this unless your power settings are really high. As for your point about temperatures, I wouldn't expect them to be that high.
