Hello! I’ve set up a new workstation and everything seems fine until I need to restart. It works perfectly until I reboot, then it goes black before the ASUS logo appears. Clearing the CMOS helps it start again (just once). I tried updating the BIOS, removing my HBA and swapping in a video card, but that didn’t solve the issue. The board is B760M-A D4, CPU is I5 13500, HBA is 9300-16i. Anyone know how to fix this?

Disable Fast Boot. When using it, the system enters a partial hibernation rather than a full shutdown. This might be connected to your problem. Additionally, after rebooting, does your computer restart properly or does it freeze at the black screen?
