He has these components: ROG Strix Z370-F, i5 8600K, 2x 8GB RAM, 3200MHz DDR4, Fortza 850 SSD, GTX 1070 (Dell Alienware), Corsair TX650 M. No problems before. Today started to reset after a DRAM failure. GPU works fine when removed. I've tried: BIOS reset, update, reinserted RAM sticks one by one in different slots, put GPU in bottom slot, removed everything except RAM and GPU, installed PSU from his PC (TX750w) – issues stayed the same. GPU tested on my machine runs well. PSU I used is TX750w, symptoms unchanged after installation.
