Hi, I did the same before with my HP. I reset Windows to the basic version, but still had bloated apps from HP. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/wind...c1fbceb8dd It should help.

For your own convenience, you can use settings, recovery options, and reset this PC. If you plan to sell the laptop, I strongly suggest performing a full wipe beforehand and installing Windows from scratch. In the event things go wrong, you might end up with a $20 debt for stolen keys from the gray market—much safer than risking your personal information.

Restarting is quick. You already possess the permission, so you don’t have to purchase another if you’re not updating equipment. Just reset and reinstall completely.
