i'm uncertain if windows 10 can handle your request, but if that doesn't work, you can intentionally damage the guest account so it switches to a temporary profile. it will generate events like 15xx, but it should fulfill your requirements. this is clearly a "not recommended" approach and should be considered only as a final option.

Create a script that executes upon login to those folders. No special off-trigger needed—just run it when you sign in.

Be steady in your approach, yet note what you locate. Microsoft appears to discontinue such features on Windows now. It seems a comparable option needs additional software to install. I discovered this link: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/libr...s.10).aspx For W7 it might still function, but W10 compatibility isn't guaranteed.

You might need a logoff script that can be set via local group policies or the task scheduler. It seems there’s an option for logging off directly. Alternatively, you could configure it to activate on a specific event—just search for the relevant event code online.

Same here. I’m hoping the Home edition or Pro version would work, or I can upgrade to Pro later.

Checking if it relates to Windows or Active Directory is the right approach.

This approach is seen as an early security measure to block guest accounts, which can turn into hidden entry points for attackers. It’s wise to set up a real user account with a password, even if it's meant for visitors, and then share that password only when necessary.
