I've owned this PC for roughly four years without ever cleaning it. Would a quick dust removal with compressed air improve its frame rate and overall speed? Please let me know if you'd like more details!

The main goal isn't always to boost performance, especially when the environment is dusty, but to extend the lifespan of parts. Clean fan bearings last longer, expansion slots face fewer issues, and cooler temperatures benefit everything. Additionally, a tidier setup tends to be quieter.

Your device slows when it gets too hot. Cleaning it can restore its speed, letting it function properly without being affected by temperature.

Typically during gameplay your CPU reaches around 70-75°C and 50-60°C when idle. This level isn't unusual but could indicate overheating. Dust accumulation might contribute to thermal buildup if not cleaned regularly.

It seems the processor is a 54W model, which might have been higher than ideal. It’s okay.

I clean my workspace weekly and this article makes me nervous... Dust accumulation might cause overheating, impacting performance. In rare cases, it could pose an electrical or fire risk if a natural disaster strikes.
