You need a different version of the ISO file, since the one you have isn’t compatible with your PC. A legitimate key won’t work with an OEM product, and the Microsoft site restricts downloads for that reason. The original 32-bit OS disc isn’t usable either. On Windows 10, you can attempt to use the Windows 10 media creation tool available on Microsoft's site. Simply search for 'windows 10 iso' to locate it.

You can download it through torrents, just make sure the checksums match. If they don't, something has been altered.
