Yes, you can transfer mods from Tekkit Classic Reborn to Minecraft using Forge. You can obtain them in a ZIP file or RAR archive.

Would you like me to download it for you? The link points to a modpack at techpack.net.

I'm just mentioning that sending ZIP files with mods can conflict with several mods' licenses. If you need to clarify this, you're not the right person for minecraft file adjustments. Trust me, I spend a lot of time trying to help friends set up their Minecraft servers... EDIT: if you only want the mods, but still need all of them, let me know what's different from using a modpack.

I didn’t realize it caused the license issue (the dat spelling is wrong), and I just need my regular Minecraft launcher, all in one.

Don't expect assistance if things go wrong, but you require the config folder and mods folder (plus other folders when needed). Make sure both sides are using the same forge version.

That means... (I just realized you're from Belgium, are you near the Netherlands? How's it going?)
