I'm running an old Toshiba Portoge 7010CT with Windows 98 SE. I need to know if it can play Daytona USA Deluxe Sega Rally Championship (first one) and other racing titles. The CPU is an Intel Mobile Pentium II at 300MHz. Here’s the spec sheet link: http://support.toshiba.com/support/stat... One more thing—can I burn CD-Rs with imgburn on a Windows 98 CD-ROM/DVD drive?

I understand it's not your concern, but I need to ask. Why?

Many classic games aren't compatible with Windows 10, and I prefer playing them on the original systems they were made for. I wish I could remove this old comment but I can't, so sorry for the duplicate post.

Win 10 supports compatibility settings for older applications. It seems like a minor loss of effort for familiar software. The TOCA lineup works well too.
