I am searching for my first replacement mouse in many years. I would like a Razer Deathadder V3 Pro Wireless. On Amazon, I see options for a certain price and a mouse with a dongle for a lower cost. It appears the mouse plus something should be more expensive. What am I missing? Thanks.
