I purchased the vanilla edition I’ve enjoyed for years, but the game’s depth makes me focus on domination strategies rather than victory goals. I appreciate Civ overall but haven’t invested enough to excel. I’m excited about the upcoming Civ update and want to be strong before it releases so I can enjoy it fully. Do you have any recommendations for a good YouTube tutorial or guide for the vanilla version? Also, anyone up for playing with me tonight?

I focused solely on winning dominance, but I'm stuck after 9-10 hours with no end in sight. I just need my bed, but another attempt is needed.
