I’m facing several challenges in this game that are making it hard to manage effectively. Current Stats: 22k residents, 6.5K weekly income, $90k in the bank. The main issues I’m encountering are:

First, my profitability is lower than expected. I’m only managing to get by while trying to address traffic and industrial concerns. Cities with smaller populations still generate significant revenue. What’s going wrong?

Second, waste management is spiraling out of control. I currently handle 2 cemeteries, a crematorium in the heart of my residential zone, plus 5 dumps and 4 incineration plants. Budget constraints prevent expanding this further, and I often spend money on electricity and zoning adjustments. My garbage budget is at 150%—cleaning it takes a long time!

Third, there’s low demand for Residential and Commercial properties, but high interest in Industrial zones. My industrial area is only about a third of a tile, with minimal commercial and residential activity. Buildings are frequently abandoned, and I often see notifications about no buyers for their products. This suggests a lack of commercial demand for their offerings.

Fourth, traffic remains heavy despite having six lane arteries throughout the city and deep within industrial zones. I’m investing heavily in these problems but can’t afford to prioritize essential services like education or healthcare. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

2: Clear out your trash piles into the burners (one at a time when needed) to eliminate them. Burning facilities essentially serve as an alternative to landfills. 3: The term 'industry' also refers to offices, where educated individuals tend to favor working environments.

I've built some knowledge and shifted from traditional setups to office-based operations. Weekly earnings have risen significantly, now around 13k per week. I've also introduced bus routes and expanded roundabouts with six lanes to ease congestion. Several landfills are being relocated to less desirable locations, helping progress on that front.
