Hello, I received your AC module for the Cisco 3602i AP and am facing an issue with PoE+ activation. The AP starts up normally but displays insufficient power when you enable the module. You've configured the switch to limit power at 30,000, yet the AP still shows 15.4W. Could you provide more details or check the power settings? Thanks! CISCO BROCADE

Have you verified the physical cables? What is the length of the wire run?

Have you checked the outcome of reducing the cable length?

Same problem again. AP believes 15.4W, and I've configured it using CDP too. It should be 30W...

Did you review the logs on the switch to determine if the problem lies with the overall POE budget?

Thanks for reaching out. You might want to check with someone at Cisco or Brocade who has more expertise!

The forum includes a strong community of tech-savvy individuals, including brwainer. The main challenge is getting others to see your message. I don’t have detailed information about anyone’s expertise, especially regarding Cisco equipment.
