I own an H610 Asus Prime and a GTX1080, but they aren't functioning properly on the H610. I've tried another older PC that worked well.

I see your message was clarified. The GTX1080 functions in your H610 but not in another older system—correct? More details are needed about the issue. Are there any error codes, sounds, or LED indicators? Did you use the same monitor and video cable? Update your post with full hardware specs, operating system info, PSU details, disk drive information, and a list of peripherals. Also, let me know if it's wired or wireless network connection.

Use a single DDR4 slot, start the PC. If errors persist, power it off, remove the existing DDR4 RAM module, install another, and restart. Avoid running two DDR4 modules at the same time until it starts properly. If you encounter POST, retest with the 2 DDR4 units. Ensure all PSU to motherboard cables are connected correctly—don’t confuse them with GPU cables. This is generally an ATX 12V motherboard with GTX UEFI and CSM enabled, with GPU RX/RTX set to UEFI and CSM OFF.
