Chrome displays "Managed by your organization" because it’s linked to your company account. Since you’re on a personal account with no other admin accounts, no extensions are present, and all virus scans passed, the issue likely stems from a specific threat. You can remove it by clearing your browsing data or checking for updates to ensure no hidden threats remain.
Norton 360 also showed up in chrome://policy, but the only setting was AutoplayAllowed set to true.
