Hello, your Lenovo laptop is running Windows 10 with only 4GB RAM. It seems sluggish, and you're curious about installing Chrome OS and dual booting with Windows 10.

if the ram isn't soldered, consider upgrading to 8gbs. Switching to an SSD and using Chrome OS is essentially a Linux distribution that supports Chrome, but it uses a lot of RAM. If possible, replace the hard drive with an SSD. Chrome is resource-heavy; try Firefox with only a few tabs open, or limit usage to avoid performance issues.

I think the RAM problem isn't there. It might relate more to pairing it with a low-end CPU, along with the presence of an HDD.
