Hello, I'm having trouble playing HTML5 videos in Chromium. It's not the Google Chrome version I usually use; this one has a blue/silver icon. Flash Player seems to work better since it runs smoothly, though the 60 fps version causes blurriness and lag. The only workaround is turning off hardware acceleration, which makes fullscreen playback look blocky. Today I tried normal Chrome (the dev version) to use the "YouTube Center" extension, but it stopped working after a restart. Now I'm stuck with Chromium. I'm forcing Flash Player again, but every time I close the browser it shows a warning about impending unsupport. How can I enable the basic HTML5 player then? Also, is there a way to hide those pop-up messages when Flash becomes unsupported? P.S. I really don't want annotations turned on, no 480p videos, and I definitely don't want constant alerts about Flash being unsupported. Edit: I found a solution—I installed the YouTube Center dev version for Firefox, and it's now working perfectly. I didn't realize it was available there either.
