Chrome disables the taskbar by default.

Today while launching my computer, I saw the taskbar disappear entirely in Chrome. It reappears after I close it. I restarted and adjusted settings, but it didn’t fix the issue. It’s not using full screen either.

You might not be sure, but restarting could assist or attempting to close Chrome completely via the Task Manager and then restarting it.
