In fact, I could possibly agree with @Plutosaurus if you can get it for around $500. With roughly $850, you’d already be able to assemble a Ryzen 3600 + RX5700 setup. If not, consider swapping the GPU to a 5700, though that might limit performance due to CPU constraints. If you still want to play smoothly on the 1060 with 3GB RAM, upgrade the CPU. And if you have more funds later, prioritize a GPU upgrade.
