You're just beginning your journey with LOL and curious about investing in heroes under 400 RP. It depends on your goals—some heroes offer strong value while others might be better suited for specific roles. Let me know if you'd like recommendations!

I wouldn't suggest that.

Begin with a free week champions trial to understand their style before committing. If you decide to purchase, use IP to ensure it's worth your investment and you enjoy the game first.

Honestly, all heroes/champions are strong, nobody feels underpowered. It just comes down to how you approach them. Choosing which one to buy really depends on your preferences—mid lane, top lane, bottom lane? You probably won’t be jungling yet since most players stay at least level 20. Give some free week champions a try before committing. Don’t squander your RP unless you’ve tested them out. Some are tougher to master (like Elise or Jayce), especially for newcomers. I used to focus on top lane, it’s simple and fun. Edit: Just because a champion is cheap doesn’t mean it’s weaker than a 6300 IP one. That’s just a perception. Champions have been around longer, and each new release usually lowers their price depending on the timing. Champion costs never rise. Take Kayle and Master Yi—both are affordable but often banned in ranked play. Why? They’re extremely powerful when played well.
