considering options, which one fits your needs best? compare features and prices for GIGABYTE B650E AORUS Master, ASRock X670E Steel Legend, ASUS Prime B650-PLUS, ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-PLUS WiFi 6E, or the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X setup.

It really comes down to your intended use and whether you require the advanced options offered by X-series boards. For casual gaming, a B-series board works well and meets basic needs.

Extremely costly, 850w should not exceed $120 but typically hovers near $100. What connections and input/output requirements do you have? That’s the main consideration when choosing a motherboard since all AM4 voltages are oversized and most boards will handle 6200+ (with stable clock) easily. A lower-end B650 or X670 (opting for cheaper options like PG Lightning/Pro RS) is usually sufficient, as many users will be content with the I/O setup because there are plenty of USB ports available.
