Support multiplayer? 60 FPS, one player at a time could work if it stays steady at 30 frames per second and isn't too intense.

If black magic could ensure consistent performance at 30 fps without any dips, I’d be much more confident in choosing it. Without those interruptions, I’d likely go for 720p instead.
