I plan to upgrade to Windows again soon. My machine is a very basic one with Windows 10, and it’s running super slow. Should I stick with what I have or switch to an older version like 8.1, 8, or 7? Thanks!

Which malware are you running? The performance gap between those operating systems is minimal.

Tell me about your system configuration. I’m using Windows 10 on an Atom 330 processor. It seems to have trouble with older versions like Windows XP. You might be facing a hardware problem—such as failing HDD or missing necessary drivers for the SATA controller or motherboard chipset.

Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU E6850 @ 3.00GHz 3.00GHz Installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor I had a problem. Every time I add more RAM, it has trouble using it.
