I’m not worried. I understand the truth. I’ll keep my Linux and avoid sharing all my passwords or personal info with Microsoft.

I'm not referring to Microsoft managing ads. I'm discussing Microsoft monitoring your computer through key logging, retrieving your browsing history, accessing your files—including those stored locally—and then selling this information to advertisers and other entities.

Dude, you're not seeing the full picture. Microsoft gathers your data to sell it to marketing firms that then send you spam ads. Sure, other companies do it too, but it's not justified when they hide things like redirecting your Hosts file to their servers or forcing updates in Windows 8.1. The only reason they don't push harder is because they're paid software—people sue them if they keep it up. That's why they push you toward Windows 10, which is free, so they can offer something valuable while pretending to give you a free upgrade. Your privacy matters, so follow the security tips in this post: block Microsoft IPs, hide as other companies, uninstall updates, and edit the registry.

Get MSDOS for a secure experience. It’s simple and fast, requiring minimal resources. Games must be built close to the hardware level, without modern graphics like DirectX or OpenGL. We stick to traditional DCI and WinG APIs. No complicated interfaces—just pure performance. No tracking or data collection, unlike some operating systems. Even popular ones like Ubuntu can monitor you, but MSDOS keeps you safe. Programs that gather information, such as Chrome, won’t run well here. This ensures maximum protection and reliability.
