I recall hearing about Windows 11 features that were compatible with newer AMD and Intel processors. Was this the right memory or do I have it wrong? I’d rather stick with Windows 10 for my upcoming build.

Windows 11 features an updated scheduler tailored for 12th and 13th generation CPUs with P cores and E cores. Without E cores, the main changes are visual. With E cores enabled, performance may vary depending on your setup.

They're referring to the Windows 11 scheduler built for the hybrid CPU design found in 12th and 13th generation Intel processors, which combine speed and energy-saving features.

Intel describes Resizable BAR as a PCIe feature that lets devices like discrete graphics cards adjust their base address size for better performance. Turning this on may boost system efficiency. Arc GPUs need it, while other manufacturers might see different benefits https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/what-is...you-use-it

Your inquiry didn't reference GPUs or PCIe equipment, which means it wasn't related to Resizable BAR.
