I developed an interest in the compact form factor O11-D Mini and am considering upgrading. My current setup uses a 5950x board with two 8-pin EPS connectors for CPU power. I’m unsure whether an x570M (ASRock X570M Pro 4) or similar boards with only one 8-pin EPS will work. My rigs are custom watercooled and heavily overclocked, so I want to know if a single 8-pin EPS can handle the load without issues. I’ve read that the second pin is mainly for LN2 overclocking, but I need solid confirmation about my 5950x compatibility. Beyond that, I was focusing on x570M models but found few options. It seems some B550M boards offer better features like MAG connectivity. My main concerns are whether an 8-pin EPS is enough for the 5950x and overclocking, and what premium mATX options support PCI Gen 4 and high performance. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Pi B550 offers top-notch matx mobos for the AM4 socket. As you noted earlier, the B550 mortar max stands out with a sleek design. For a white or silver look, consider the WiFi variant of the B550 mortar max. The ASUS TUF B550M is another solid choice, though it lacks an integrated IO—something that disappoints me. The yellow aesthetic option isn’t great unless you're going for a cyberpunk vibe.
