The main distinction lies beyond just clock speeds—it also involves performance differences and features. The Ryzen 5 3600 offers higher base clock speeds and better multi-core performance, making it more suitable for demanding tasks. While the 3500 model is still capable, the 3600 provides a noticeable boost in efficiency and speed. People recommend the 3600 because it delivers better value and performance for most users, even though it’s slightly pricier than the 3500.

Unable to locate any storefronts in China or India through PC Part Picker. However, it seems there might have been a misunderstanding—some reports suggest availability could exist in the Asian market.

Because pcpp is global, I don’t think they maintain listings for them. There are also many hidden ads you can’t find, such as the 1600 AF (I still save the link for parts). However, many users on the forum have been purchasing 3500s.

and 3600(esp 3600x) represent larger bins. The 3500 is such a poor batch that it's essentially junk, just fitting into a budget CPU. Either 3600(x) or 2600(X). 3500 seems like AMD's way of marketing the lowest quality chips they make : )

Generally, they tend to cost less than a Ryzen 5 2600, making them a popular choice when people inquire about options.
