I'm searching for RAM options that match my 3995wx on a WRX80 setup. Performance matters most, so I'm aiming for 8 x 8GB sticks with high timing. I need RAM that supports up to 3200MHz and is low-profile if possible. My Corsair Vengeance LPX fits, but I'm open to cooler suggestions if needed. If Trident Z isn't suitable, I'll look elsewhere. You don’t need a new cooler unless you install low-profile RAM. What’s your current cooler? Would adding more RAM be helpful? Threadripper Pro can handle up to 512GB of RAM.
The only RAM I found fitting my needs is the Trident Z, which clashes with most TR coolers. Absolutely. 100% compatibility. Pairing a 64-core CPU with four 2300 MHz sticks exceeds your budget, staying under $1,000. WRX80 handles up to 2TB of RAM, but I only require 64 for my setup.
