So as the title suggests I can get a free Ryzen 1700 or buy a new Ryzen 3600. Im not so worried about spending the the money on the 3600 as much as i just do not wanna spend it if there is not a huge diff. in performance. soo any thoughts? should i just buy the 3600 since the cores are much faster or will there be a min. performance diiff and should go with a free new 1700? Thanx in advance!
I’m still quite satisfied with my Ryzen 7 1700, though I do see it limiting my graphics in some games. If you’re getting a B550 or X570 board, you might want to consider upgrading to the free Ryzen 7 now and switch once the Ryzen 4000 is released (assuming you’re not happy with the 1700 performance).
