Consider the 1000/35 if you have the budget.
Verify your ability to connect with your own modem for the gigabit plan. With Spectrum they didn't test any third-party modems except their own, so I’m using an SB8200 that’s not working now. If you own a compatible modem and need the SB8200 for around $120, I’ll be happy to sell it (I’ll post about it soon in the For Sale section).

For Gigabit connectivity, you'll require a Docsis 3.1 modem. If you're planning to upload, the gigabit plan is ideal since it offers around 30 Mbps. The other tiers I've observed provide approximately 10 Mbps.
