Sure, two routers would suffice, though it depends on your home's Wi-Fi setup. My place is small—about 1,200 square feet—but the signal gets weak. You can add more access points later. You might consider used or refurbished units, which often come at a good price.

Would having one small AP in the center of four rooms provide Wi-Fi access to all areas? If yes, how many devices can these small units handle before performance drops?
