I purchased an Asus GTX 1080 STRIX and received a promo code for either of two titles: For Honor or Ghost Recon Wildland. Which should I choose? I like both hack and slash and shooter games, so I’m torn between them.

I’d probably like Ghost Recon Wildland, but that’s just my take. Try watching gameplay from both and then decide which you’d prefer more. Just remember it’s “free.”

Honor remains affected by connectivity problems, relying solely on peer-to-peer multiplayer; it also faces cheating risks. UBi hasn't addressed these concerns. WildLands isn't a Ghost Recon title—play it just once. There are occasional hurdles from UBi to maintain player interest, and I chose WildLands despite those challenges.

I favor Wildlands. Honor's approach has been quite biased because many players quit after battles.

If you know some players who enjoy wildlands, it can be quite entertaining. However, honor isn't about quick wins; I wanted to appreciate it but I'm struggling to keep up. It's enjoyable once you get the basics, but it can become frustrating if your team has more beginners than the opponents. Not trying to be too technical, but in wildlands it's more about having fun regardless of the outcome—just don't worry if things go wrong often.
