It's just quite amusing how "240hz is overkill" is still the popular opinion, If you do get the cl14 ram, you can further optimize the timings too for additional gains, there's a gamers nexus video on it, i'd personally try to figure out a way to get it to 3600, or/and use 4 sticks.
