I just tested Peacekeeper on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. The findings are shared in the Mozilla data leak discussion. Safari and Firefox seem nearly identical, though I haven’t completed the analysis. Chrome appears to be slower than expected, and I don’t understand why. Only the browser and its menu items were running during testing. Link:
I choose Firefox since it performs better on my Surface Pro—it handles high DPI screens smoothly and uses less of my 4GB RAM. Regarding the interface, extensions and sync functionality now feel quite similar between Chrome and Firefox, so I adapt quickly to either one.
