I'm considering a white motherboard for my project. I plan to pair it with the 10850k Gigabyte Z490 Vision G (12+1 phases) for $271 and the Asus Prime Z590-A (14+2 phases) for $291. Prices are similar in my country, though they may vary when converted to the US.
I’d choose the Z590 board. It lets you upgrade to an 11th generation CPU later if you want, and because the cost is almost identical, it makes sense to add that future flexibility.
This model works with BIOS updates and still supports the 11th generation version...
Asus BIOS support is likely unaffected by the chipset since it depends on the hardware.
