I don’t have a good guide, but you might find helpful instructions in official documentation or trusted tech forums.

I prepared a tutorial for it in the tutorials sub-forum. I’ll fetch the link shortly. Keep in mind you need to upgrade first, since you’re currently on the old version. After activation, follow the installation steps in the guide.

Your activation is linked to a Microsoft Account. Upgrade by logging in or creating an account. After the clean installation, sign in to complete activation automatically. Without an account, you won't be able to activate post-upgrade.

For UEFI compatibility, proceed if needed. Otherwise, simply upgrade and keep it as is.

Do a fresh setup then! A clean install is usually preferable at all times.

Start with an upgrade and then perform a fresh installation. You'll require a W10 key if you skip the upgrade.

We’d be more focused on practical improvements rather than chasing flashy upgrades.

A friend told me about it, that's all. You're right there... *quickly conceals his working PC components*
