The terms refer to different CPU settings. "Additional Turbo Mode CPU Core Volt" is the voltage boost applied when the turbo mode is enabled. "Performance Core Offset" adjusts the core-specific voltage settings. The voltages are higher than the base, and the offset is applied on top of that adjustment. Your board shows values between 1.4 and 1.57, with adaptive changes for each core. During testing, you can tweak the performance per core to influence the overall voltage across all cores for specific workloads like gaming.
